My Month Of Peace ! Jn14:27

We want to salute your faithfulness this morning,
we want to glorify your Holy Name,
we want to acknowledge that you are God and that peace comes from you.
LORD, stress and worry still handle us, grant us not to forget your promises to us.
Grant that we may be nourished by your anointed word.
Your word declares that perfect peace comes from you, keep our minds fixed on you.
We need to rest in your grace,
we just want to trust you,
you are our guide, Lord.
You are our strength.
Let’s stop letting our challenges take over.
The bigger God is in our lives, the smaller our challenges.
The more we are attached to the Lord, the closer we get to him, the smaller our problems are.
And everything that worried us, everything that troubled us loses its power in our eyes.
What are these insurmountable situations in our lives?
God promises us peace even in the midst of the storm.
Isaiah 26:3 – To him who is firm in his purpose you will give peace, peace, because he trusts in you.
Pray to be firm in your intentions.
Let us not be angry when things are not the way we want them to be,
Stop complaining and criticizing.
Let us not turn away from the Lord in the face of torment.
Let us remain faithful to the Father,
Let us persevere and keep the faith because the Lord’s promise is to give us peace.
So let us be poised, let us not stagger.
We are able to overcome anything in Jesus, he is our refuge.
The Lord’s insistence in this verse should make us understand the grace we have and the Lord’s infinite love for us.
