My Month Of Loyalty ! Luke20:25

The bible says that two people do not walk together without having agreed, without getting along, without having a covenant.
Walking with Jesus means making a commitment to keep the terms of the covenant.
Let’s be clear, the alliance is two parts, two commitments to do well-defined things.
It is not just one sense.
Jesus gave his life in sacrifice, it is the departure, the very foundation of our alliance with him.
By this gesture, he gave us velor and saved us from the clutches of the enemy.
The covenant calls for loyalty, fidelity, righteousness.
Jesus paid the price, he has all the costs on him unconditionally, without interest, without difference, he simply loves us, he has always been there to help and protect us.
And us ? What do we do to maintain our relationship?
What do we do to satisfy the heart of God?
What are we planning to do to honor our market share?
The Lord does not deal with foolish people, he does not ask much of us, but we are still unable to give it to him.
Even because of his love, we refuse to follow his instructions, we are still disobedient.
The people of Israel were a people chosen and loved by God.
The Lord had promised them to bring them out of Egypt and bring them to Canaan, where the milk and honey flow.
God had made a covenant with their fathers to always watch over them if this people abandoned themselves into the hands of the Lord.
Because of unbelief and impatience he weakened the covenant and their sin removed the hand of God.
We have to be careful not to compromise ourselves and make things messy.
We are covenant sons and we must behave as such.
This is the reason why we must be positioned and remember the promises of God concerning us.
This is even what the order this morning tells us.
Pray for the Lord to remember his covenant concerning your life.
Psalms, 106: 45 – He remembered his covenant for them;
God’s covenant will bless and favor us.
When we are not in the covenant with God we have no spiritual cover, we are exposed and the devil makes us his footing.
Whereas when we are under the grace of God, happiness and grace will accompany us every day of our lives.
Father, remember us and may your covenant speak for us, in the name of Jesus.
