My Month Of Probity ! Ro13:13

Giving first place to God is the least of our concerns.
We are always saying that if we have the time we will dedicate ourselves more to God.
Some people fight to be close to God, they make God their priority and others move away from him.
And U.S ?
What is our situation?
Are we far or near God?
We complain too much, we throw stones at others too much, but the problem is that we don’t give any place to the Lord.
Having the first place is an ambition targeted by all of us, we want the best score, the best price.
This is normal, it is a privileged distinction.
But we live for ourselves, we fulfill our own selfish desires, we have a special agenda.
And even when we are Christians, nothing takes the first place anymore, yet it belongs to God.
Let us ask ourselves the question of whether God really occupies the first place in our lives.
God deserves this place but many of us are ready to serve God as long as it doesn’t cost us anything, neither our time nor our efforts.
We give the crumbs to God, our best is for ourselves.
God does not have to accept a second-rate or faulty sacrifice.
If serving God is slavery, we will be able to give him an inferior offering.
If we give the place of honor to God in our hearts, we will have the joy of serving instead of taking it for a chore.
God must come before our family, our friends, our homes.
Loving the world does not mean that we love the bad things but rather the things of the world that stifle the word of God.
The love of God must be greater than the love for ourselves and our pleasure.
We love to have fun, our hearts are attached to the things of the world, we love the standards of the world with all our hearts and we think we have succeeded.
God is not happy with us.
What do we do when our favorite shows are on television during our prayer times?
What do we say to strangers who corner us in our homes when we go to church?
Our comfort and our well-being pass with the love of God.
The bible is clear, we cannot serve two masters at the same time, it is not possible, we cannot give God anything other than the first place.
David said he cannot give his God what costs him nothing.
If we think we have two things first, it is a mistake, we are wrong ourselves, one will always take priority.
While earning money is more important than participating in a spiritual program, we are not yet ready to serve the Lord.
We must be dedicated, committed to the Lord.
In Colossians 3:17 – And whatever you do, word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanksgiving through him to God the Father.
Always give the Lord the first place!
We are privileged to live a victorious life.
So let’s not waste it and give all the glory to the Almighty.
Hello
Have a good day
