It’s very complicated to keep believing when everything is dark in our lives.
It’s hard to pray all the time and things don’t move,
It’s sickening to invest your time, your attention, your energy and still be disappointed,
It is absurd to lose a son when we expect support from him.
It’s disappointing to do everything we can and everything goes wrong.
How can we in all this mess keep the faith?
How can we imagine this state of mind?
The truth is that it’s hard, it’s not easy to digest.
We complain in these cases, we murmur too much and we tend to abandon the faith.
That’s what we can do, throw it all away, run away and go but the Lord wants us to understand one thing, he knows it’s frustrating but he also wants us to know that we can count on him, he wants we return to hide in his presence, he waits for us to return to him to let off steam.
We can also choose to let God do our talking, choose to trust him and wait for his reward.
We can do it.
Romans 5:5 – Now hope does not deceive, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
Pray that your hope remains unshakable.
Hope is gold, it has value, it is precious.
Hope in God is genuine and perfect, it does not depend on our race or nationality, it is found in Jesus Christ.
We cannot speak of hope without knowing how to learn to wait patiently for the will of God.
Let’s stop looking at time, it’s not us who determine the moment of God’s actions in our lives, it’s God himself, he is the master of times and circumstances.
Where there is hope, there is no confusion because we have the firm assurance of its realization.
It is the love of God alone that can make us unshakable in order to bring us to the hoped-for glory.
Yes, it is time to root ourselves in Jesus.
His love is effective and implausible.
