My Month Of Perspicacity ! 2Tim2:7

We all said we’re Christians,
We all said we go to church,
We all said we pray,
And some will also say that they also have a bible.
But what interests us this morning is what we do with this book that we all have?
Is this our pillowcase?
Is there any book that we store in the back of our cupboards?
Is it a book that only has value on Sundays?
Is this a print we use when we feel attacked?
Or is it just a pamphlet that we sometimes hold so that some people think that we too have the fear of God?
We may have the Bible but it does not serve us all equally.
Many don’t even know what a bible is, many never read it, many are discouraged or stunned when they have to open it to read it, some have a choppy argument because they listen to a few words on the left to the right.
Either way, the Bible is the word of God.
The word of God is God.
So how to explain that the children of God have God with them but they do not know the rules established by the one they adore?
How to have the commandments of Yaweh and choose to live anyhow?
How can we have our Father’s will before us and be a shadow of ourselves?
How to have access to the heart of God, to his unveiled secrets, to his depths and not be a son, an heir?
Simply because we take the scriptures for a joke, we have weighed them and judged them light.
And we complain about not moving forward or we wonder where is our God?
We want to offer ourselves only one thing.
Let’s read our Bible, let’s meditate on it.
Let us know exactly what the Lord thinks on various subjects and we will be more than victorious.
Psalms, 119:98 – Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, For I have them always with me.
Pray to meditate faithfully on the word of God.
The psalmist loves the word, he seeks to follow it, he obeys it and puts it into practice.
David knows that by doing so, he acquires wisdom, intelligence and avoids costly detours.
The word of God is a free gift given to us, we must take advantage of it because the word of God makes us wiser than the men around us.
Lord, thank you for making us more intelligent by your spirit, we have everything in your word to make us efficient.
