My Month Of Perspicacity ! 2Tim2:7

Let’s be people who respect our commitments, is that asking too much of us?
Keeping your word is the signature of faithful people but nowadays, the word commitment is still important for us?
While some enjoy making promises and talking about not honoring, there are also those who keep their promises and do as their mouths say.
Ruth, was Naomi’s daughter-in-law. She had lost her husband and was supposed to go back to her family or start a new life with whoever she wanted.
But because of the old age of her mother-in-law and the wisdom with which she was endowed, Ruth decides to attach herself to her mother-in-law, she sees beyond Naomie’s boring life and is determined to follow her beautiful no matter what. .
Ruth is determined to change her life, she wants to discover the secret of Naomie who, despite all her trials, did not give up, she was not discouraged, she continued to serve and love the God who is faithful.
This is what allowed Ruth to sink into her vision.
Beloved, the Lord does not want us to end up heaping hot coals on our heads, if we want to carry out a project, the bible advises us to sit down and plan, otherwise we will enter into the evil plans that may confuse us.
Proverbs 20:25 – It is a snare for a man to take a sacred commitment lightly, and to reflect only after having made a vow.
Pray to honor your commitments.
Let’s be careful with our words, what we come out of our mouths can condemn us and put us in an uncomfortable situation.
It’s always better not to take an oath than to end up in stress.
Anne went through difficult times, she had no children, her co-wife Penina did not leave her alone.
One day, in all her pain, she made a vow to the Lord.
If he gives him a son, in return he will lend him for the service of the Lord.
When the blessing came, she kept her word.
Anne had thought about it well and although she could be hurt to have offered her gift that she had wanted for a long time, she had to honor the deal.
The Lord gave him the other sons and everyone was satisfied.
All this to say that the Eternal is faithful, he cannot himself do what he has not said and as we are his imitators, let us know how to honor our commitments.
hello to us
Have a good day
