My Month Of Sharing! He13:16

We are all in a time when everything is expensive, when living conditions are getting tighter and tighter, when sharing is no longer an option.
We are blessed for ourselves and for those we love, we are generous at times to be seen and acclaimed.
But at the moment when we have to show the Christian in us, at the moment when we have to show that we are the palace in which Jesus shelters, we are insensitive, cold, unbelieving, selfish.
How many times have we failed to give food to someone who is hungry and we prefer it to end up in the garbage?
How many times have we turned away a homeless person even though we have flats where no one lives?
How many times have we preferred to clothe ourselves rather than cover a needy person?
We had better be careful what we do.
The Lord warns us, we cannot continue to feel superior, proud when suffering undermines our environment.
We are the first to reject the needy,
we are the ones who denigrate the poor,
we are the ones who look down on them,
We are the ones who remind them that they are broke, needy and we call ourselves Christians, sons of God.
In that case, it is time to reconsider our positions and to have our hearts in our hands.
Job, 31:16 – If I refused to give the poor what they asked for, If I made the widow`s eyes water,
Do not refuse to bless a poor person when you have the means to do so.
Job questioned himself.
He wondered what he had done to deserve such punishment.
Job knew that the poor and the widow are the Lord’s proteges and he could not remember neglecting them when they were in need.
Job was always there to help and support them.
He did not fail to do what the word of God says when he was in affluence.
So share with the poor what we have.
And the Lord will bless us.
Good morning to us
Good day to you
