My Month Of Consecration! Ps119:10

Have we ever felt like giving up?
To stop making the effort?
To stop praying?
To stop making sacrifices?
Has discouragement ever got the better of us and we said to ourselves, what’s the point of following and serving the Lord?
We’ve all been there.
The desire to give up everything was stronger.
Elijah went through this after Jezebel’s accusations.
The people of Israel, pursued by the Egyptians, wanted to abandon their journey to the promised land.
The chariots and horsemen were behind them, the Jordan was in front of them, they stopped, they wanted to abandon everything but the Lord asked them to go forward.
Abram, who had lived all his life in his homeland, in his country, in his father’s house, was driven out by the Lord himself one day.
Where was he to go?
He had no destination,
no vision,
no plan, just a voice he had heard.
Instead of choosing to stay put,
he took the risk of obeying the voice of the Lord,
he realised that giving up was by no means the solution.
Beloved, in the midst of persecution
in the midst of troubles, let us not stop, let us not give up, let us walk,
let us go forward,
let us persevere.
Even if it’s difficult, let’s go for it.
Even if the path seems narrow,
let us fortify ourselves
And take courage.
The blessing is not far off, that’s for sure.
Are we about to give up?
Let’s refuse to give up.
Walking with God will cost us a firm and unfailing faith.
Many of us give up along the way for a variety of reasons, such as life’s problems, attacks or our wishes not being granted.
Let’s remember that God doesn’t work with our timing,
he is not a man who lies,
he knows everything,
he can do all things,
he sees everything and does everything good in its time.
Let us not give glory to the camp of the enemy.
Barthimaeus the blind man refused to give up until he received his miracle.
The fact that we are Christians does not spare us from trials, but victory has been given to us in Jesus.
No one can help us get out of our prisons, we ourselves must find the strength to get out like Lazarus.
So let’s find the strength to get up again and the Lord will do the rest.
It’s still possible to bounce back,
it’s possible to have good days, but let’s not give up.
Deuteronomy, 32:18 – You have forsaken the rock that gave you birth, and forgotten the God who gave you birth.
Fast and pray that you will never forsake the ways if the Lord.
The rock is Jesus, the one through whom the new birth is validated.
He who has given us all his love and protection.
But we have chosen the world and its seduction instead of following the light that shines in him.
Let us remember that it is the Lord who is the maker of destinies; it is he who knows the plans he has for us.
This is not the time to give up.
Let us hold on and the Lord will be glorified.
Good day to you all
Good day to you
