My Month Of Consecration! Ps119:10

We’re the ones who think that lying keeps trouble away from us,
It’s always us who think it’s better to lie in order to be liked, but let’s just remember that lying has never helped anything.
We live in a world where lying has become normal,
we’ve managed to trivialise it,
to minimise it.
Lying has become a habit,
it’s on the tip of our lips even when it’s not necessary, we lie.
To lie is to say what is not true,
it’s denying what’s true, it’s silencing the truth.
To make up for certain situations, we choose to lie; when we are at a disadvantage, we lie.
Lying is the first sin that the devil gave birth to,
Wanting to be worshipped as God, he told the lie that introduced rebellion.
Many of us think that lying is only a matter for politicians, which is why we allow ourselves to line up lies without bothering.
We have to be careful with our tongues, we have to fight to get the truth that is Jesus out of our mouths.
A lying tongue ruins relationships and reputation.
Speaking honestly brings lasting rewards.
Lying often begins in our own hearts,
we deny our hidden motives and pretend to be better than we are.
God exhorts us to truth this day, let us separate ourselves from connections that lack integrity,
Let us have the discernment to hold on to what is right and true.
We must learn to hold fast to the truth, let us not speak to please,
let us put a guard over our mouths,
let us say only what edifies.
Let’s just know that the truth sets us free and half-truths imprison us.
Let us surround ourselves with the spirit of God’s word and speak only the truth.
Psalms, 120:2 – Deliver my soul, O LORD, from the lying lip and the deceitful tongue.
Pray to hate ans turn away from lying.
We all need deliverance.
In a subtle way, the devil controls our tongues, he has injected his venom that manipulates us into believing that we can attain glory by proliferating what our hearts do not think,
He has initiated the idea that we can stay on top with a seductive tongue.
So let us pray that the Lord will help us to be healed of the lie that makes us slaves.
