My Month Of Solidarity! Phil2:4

When we disagree with our neighbours, we are violent and sometimes behave badly.
Let us remember our Lord’s patience, his spirit of gentleness and humility.
Love is shown through deeds.
In Luke 22, When those who were with Jesus saw what was about to happen, they said, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?
And one of them struck the servant of the high priest, and took off his right ear.
But Jesus answered, “Let it be, stop it! He touched the man`s ear and healed him.
Everyone is tempted to defend themselves in the face of injustice, but Jesus is always tolerant and full of love.
Even when his aggressors are hit, he is the one who calms tensions and heals wounds.
Jesus is not there to accuse, but to reconcile us and be a model of peace.
Jesus showed compassion even though he was in a situation of dishonour.
It’s so easy to love in words,
to promise that we’ll always be there and that we’ll do everything for the other person…
It is not wrong to strengthen or encourage a soul,
to give him a word or our time or our money, but let’s remember that it’s quite another thing to accompany a person with the necessary actions at the right time.
Love always seeks to satisfy the needs of others.
Have we ever bought food for the week and given it to someone?
Have we ever sent money to refill someone’s need?
Have we ever tried to fill a void in someone’s life?
It is also by doing good that people return to the Lord and are truly converted.
It is our responsibility to sow good works and love.
And surely our harvest will be great.
1 John, 3:17 – If a man has the goods of the world and sees his brother in need and closes his heart to him, how does the love of God abide in him?
1 John 3:18 – Little children, let us not love in word or tongue, but in deed and in truth.
Fast and pray that your love will be demonstrated by your actions.
Good day to you all
Good day to you
