My Month Of Mercy! Lc1:50

Mercy is a fruit that attracts favour from others.
What we could not do becomes easy, doors we could not open are within our reach and where we were rejected, we are welcomed.
The Bible tells us that there was nothing between the Jews and Samaria.
But one day, the Samaritan woman came to draw water and met Jesus, who asked her for some.
Surprised, she was hesitant, but Jesus just found an excuse to offer her the gospel.
In the course of their conversation, the Samaritan woman discovered that Jesus had an identity other than what she had thought of the Jews.
The Lord spoke to her about his life and gave her the grace, the anointing she needed to serve better.
The scriptures tell us that after being impacted by the Lord, she went to evangelise a whole town and led them to the Lord.
Surely this woman had no identity,
she was known by the Gospel.
In spite of her sin, in spite of her bad life, in spite of her infidelities, the Lord was gracious to her and forgave her faults.
Today, many people want to identify with this woman who was not previously counted among the elect.
She attracts attention,
she attracts attention,
she encourages and motivates the discouraged…
The mercy that the Lord offers at this time of year is not in vain; it is so that others understand that it is still possible to bounce back despite adversity.
In Psalms, 106:46 – He had mercy according to his great goodness, and he stirred up compassion for them in all those who held them captive.
Pray that God’s mercy will attract to you the favors of others.
God is love.
He is always ready to remember his covenant, to lead us out of captivity and to forgive all those who have rebelled against him.
So let us invite God into our activities,
let his glory lead us to the high places.
Thank you, Father, for your mercy, which never ceases to bring us into the light.
