My Month Of Solidarity! Phil2:4

We must all heed the Lord’s warnings.
He has clearly told us that the devil is a thief and his role in our lives is to devour, to slaughter, to destroy, so this is no game.
So let’s watch out for sin.
When we talk about sin
many people see impurity, fornication and evil thoughts, but we easily forget lying and anger.
We sometimes ignore the fact that anger is a big door that we open without realising that it disqualifies and dishonours us.
Moses did not enter the promised land because of anger.
The people of Israel came to Moses to complain that they were thirsty and to say that they regretted having left Egypt and were going to die in the desert.
The Israelites forgot the miracles and wonders that the Lord had performed among them.
They were ungrateful every time.
In this case, the Lord asked him to speak to the rock in the presence of the people and he gave them water.
In a fit of anger and unbelief, Moses struck the rock twice.
Water did indeed come out of the rock for the people and for the cattle, but there was a consequence of the disobedience of Moses and Aaron in Numbers, 20:12 – “Then the Lord said to Moses and Aaron: Because you have not believed in me, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, you shall not bring this congregation into the land that I am giving them.
Time and again we have opened the door to the enemy and today we are being abused.
Worst of all, we don’t repent and give up.
Here is God’s advice for us.
Pray that you will not be the person who opens the door to the enemy.
Ephesians 4:27 – and do not give the devil access.
It’s up to us to be careful because we are the ones who allow the devil into our hearts and homes.
We let our emotions and our flesh dictate our behaviour and very often we fall into the trap that the enemy has set for us.
So, beloved, the only way to preserve and protect ourselves is to hand ourselves over to the Lord, to let him be the good shepherd he knows how to be.
Good day to you all
Good day to you
