My Month Of Illumination! Dan2 :22

Do we know that the heart has eyes?
It is not about the organ that is in our body but about our identity, our smell, our character, our worth, our real us.
This is what we make choices with, it is what helps us make decisions and shows the direction to take.
The eyes of our hearts can be closed or opened to the light of God.
When it is closed, we make mistake after mistake, we do not follow God’s recommendations, our lives have no way out.
When the eyes of our hearts are closed, we have no vision.
Samson did not know how to maintain himself in the anointing of God, he trusted men, he revealed his secrets to his enemies who extinguished him, they shaved his head which was his strength, they pierced his eyes, they stripped him of the gifts and talents that the Lord had placed in him, they took away his vision, his mighty, his crown.
It is important that the Lord illuminates the eyes of our hearts, we are children of light, we must walk in faith and understand spiritual truths.
To open the eyes of others, Paul prayed that their hearts would be flooded with light, for the Holy Spirit to saturate them.
Ephesians, 1:18 – and let him light up the eyes of your heart, that you may know what hope is attached to his call, how rich is the glory of his inheritance which he reserves for the saints ,
May the love the Lord has for you becomes too evident!
It is the Holy Spirit who can do this work, which is why we must pray that the Spirit of God will open hearts and help us see the light.
The text speaks of all that is in store for us at the time of conversion, that which belongs to us as children of God.
Paul prays that we know how rich we are.
Lord, allow us to see as you see and not as men see.
May your light flood my heart.
Many times we have sought to see what is in front of our eyes, our eyes prevent us from seeing or we are looking in the wrong place.
Hagar and her son were cast out, they almost died of thirst in the desert when they were next to a well that they did not see.
Fear and despair blinded them but the Lord opened their eyes to see water.
The gift given to the world is hope and Paul prays for the Ephesians to realize the hope which attaches to this call.
We are sealed with the Holy Spirit and it is the pledge of our inheritance.
