My Month Of Probity ! Ro13:13

When we make the decision to walk with the Lord, we must understand that it is no longer us who make our choices, we are no longer independent, we no longer do what we want, we no longer deal with just anyone. , we don’t go anywhere, we are no longer attracted to things in the world.
When we are children of God, the spirit of God inspires us, it invests in us a way of life, all our actions are for the glory of God.
To do that which honors the Lord is to turn away from lightness, neglect and contempt.
It is walking in the fear of God, but what can we do to make our life honor the Lord?
We can please God with our finances, our work, our marriage, the way we dress, our service to God.
To honor God is to obey him, to do his will, to separate oneself from the lusts of the world …
We have to do concrete things if we are to please the Lord.
To honor the Lord is to love him more than anything, it is to make the Lord our delight, our priority.
It is not because we go to church that we are Christians, it is not because we read our Bibles that we serve the Lord, it is not because we pray that we are examples. , sorcerers do it too, they are seated in the front row of our churches, they are leaders in the house of the Lord.
We are numerous in the half conversions, we repeat the same sins, our spiritual lives do not advance, we are lukewarm.
We must have the courage to pause and ask ourselves, have we really met the Lord?
Let us surrender our lives to the Lord, let us truly give our lives into the Lord’s hands and He will act.
This is what today’s verse tells us in 1 Corinthians, 10:31 – So whether you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
May everything you do give glory to the Lord!
And to conclude, let us ask ourselves the question whether everything we do, do we do it for the glory of God?
