The good news this morning is that the Lord is preparing us for excellence, he pushes us up, he molds us as he pleases, he makes us vessels of honor.
A vase is a container, an object that has the capacity to contain an object.
Do we know that we are vessels?
As Christians, the Holy Spirit fills us with him.
Not all Christians are vessels of honor, they must be approved of God, prepared for good works, purified.
It is from several tests that we can be qualified.
The Lord brought Moses out of Egypt for the Midian Desert to train him so that he would fully enter into his calling.
To accept to be a vessel is to accept to be useful in the hands of the Lord, it is to renounce oneself and to obey the Lord.
What vase are we?
Vases of value or vases?
God gives us gifts and talents so that we can develop them, let’s not be like the one who buried what he had received in the ground.
Let’s not let our seeds die, let’s not be useless, lost.
In Leviticus, 6:28 – The earthen vessel in which she has baked will be broken; if it is in a brass vessel that it has baked, it will be cleaned and washed in water.
Fast and pray to be a vessel of honor.
This verse shows us that the taint of sin was not totally washed away by the blood of the expiration sacrifice.
The blood of Christ, on the other hand, cleanses us from all our faults.
The bronze vessel is the righteousness of God which condemns sin, it is a vessel in which sin has no place or right.
The brazen vat is for purification.
We must cleanse and wash to purify us in our walk in the desert in order to fulfill the service of the Lord.
We must be cleansed of our defilements and our sins that we still commit.
We need the tank washing, each one must test himself and stop at the tank in order to cross the door of the sanctuary.
This is where the Lord awaits us, let us be authentic vessels in the hand of the Lord.
And he will deliver us out of the hand of the enemy.
