My Month Of Ornamentation! Ez16:13

Nowadays everything is converted to money.
Even when the world ranks the richest men, it’s based on their possessions, their bank accounts, their fame, their cars …
And we are all seduced by the goods of the world, it gives us more value, more respect, more relationship, more authority.
Our social status gives us voice, friends, we benefit from the attention of others.
We are proud, our pride is satisfied, but what does God think of these goods of the world that we acquire without limit?
We are not saying that wealth is a bad thing but it is what we do with material that saddens the Lord.
Gold and silver belong to the Lord and it is he who made several characters in the bible rich.
The bible tells us that Zacchaeus was rich, he was a tax collector but he did not get rich in a righteous way, he misappropriated the property of others, he used his position to rob others but on the day Jesus visited him, the day the Lord entered his life, he understood that he was a worshiper of the world, that he was attached to material goods, he realized that with his assets, he had to go to hell.
Zacchaeus let the Lord restore his soul, he accepted that the Father would change the smell of the curse that covered his riches to put him back on the path to eternal life.
A rich man met Jesus, bragging about serving him and keeping all the commandments.
But when the Lord wanted to change his identity by advising him to sell all his goods, distribute them to the poor and return to take eternal life, the rich man did not join and left.
Have we received what we have from the Lord?
Was it the Father who led us to glory where we ourselves had found shortcuts to make our task easier?
In any case, the Lord wants us to understand this morning that it is he envelops our wealth with his hand, it is he who embalms our goods with his perfume otherwise they will scatter, they will fall apart and fall apart. evaporate.
Let the Lord bless us and make his mark on our possessions.
2 Chronicles, 32:27 – Hezekiah had much riches and great glory. He made for himself treasures of silver, gold, precious stones, spices, shields and all things that one could desire;
Pray for all your possessions to be decorated.
Hezekiah was a rich king who served the Lord, he feared God and did good works.
The more he invested himself in the service of the Lord, the more he was blessed.
Everything he did grew.
God teaches us discernment so that we inspect the state of our hearts after the riches amassed.
He wants us to understand that our assets can keep us distracted and keep us away from the heavenly throne.
We are weak, sinners, we are vain, sure of ourselves, we refuse to look at the state of our heart to see what we will improve.
Hezekiah has let pride invade his heart at one point so let’s avoid all that is questionable, frivolous and stay under divine protection.
Let us give the possibility to the Lord to decorate our gifts, our talents, our potentials so that we are better.
Hello everyone
Have a good day
