My Month Of Sharing ! He13:16

The Bible tells us that a leader, an authority, a personality, an influential man in Matthew nine came and threw himself at Jesus’ feet.
He is surely a respected local man, he is surely a man with men in his service but he laid down all his power and came to bow down to Jesus.
We don’t know if this man is a believer, we just imagine that he had heard that Jesus performs miracles.
In fact, this man had a problem, his daughter had died, he had surely invested in hospitals and fetishists but his daughter still lost her life.
When the worst happened and his daughter lost her life, he was stuck, he could not do anything, his back was against the wall, he had no solution and he was forced to withdraw, to try another way.
This is how the leader finds himself kneeling before the Lord.
What pleases us is that Jesus does not judge him, Jesus does not condemn him, Jesus does not mock him.
On the contrary, Jesus is compassionate and follows him to help him.
The story is very interesting, while Jesus goes to the ruler, another situation comes to him.
A woman who had been suffering from blood loss for twelve years, desperate, discouraged and rejected, went behind him to touch the Lord’s robe.
She had faith that her healing would come from there.
The Bible tells us that her action caused Jesus to stop and seal her healing.
We need to find a way to bless someone today.
It is not every day that the opportunity presents itself to us and even when we have the opportunity, we don’t take it.
We feel superior, proud and just find the excuse to step on others.
In any case, let’s not let an opportunity pass us by, let’s hold on to it and use it to obey the Lord.
Isaiah, 58:7 – Share your bread with the hungry, and bring the poor without a home into your house; if you see a naked man, cover him, and do not turn away from your neighbour.
Find an opportunity to bless someone today.
Are we still doing it today?
We are preoccupied with our space, our well being, our safety.
Everything revolves around us.
How many times have we chased away those who came knocking on our doors because they were hungry?
How many times have we refused to give security and cover to a homeless person because we think they are out in the world?
Let us be careful, we are warned, let us no longer neglect the cases around us.
The Lord warns us.
The fellow man, the neighbour, the brother we despise is a human being like us.
The Lord strongly recommends that we love one another.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
