My Month Of Joy! Ps30:11

Proverbs, 17:22 – A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a downcast spirit dries up the bones.
Fast and pray that your heart will be always joyful.
When we read this passage, we understand that joy is a virtue of the spirit, it imparts health.
The verse challenges us to preserve our joy if we want to be healthy.
Joy is a medicine,
a good remedy,
a remedy that does not cost much,
a remedy that is free
a remedy that has no negative side effects,
a remedy that is safe and proven.
A joyful heart is a heart that knows the Lord, it is a heart that obeys divine principles.
Part of our verse warns us that we can live in depression if we are not willing to keep God’s word.
A downcast spirit is a spirit that only sees the bad side of things, it is a spirit that is crushed by the pressures of the world.
A downcast spirit affects the body, weakens the body, robs us of our strength and vigour because we are dehydrated, we lack water, nobody to water us.
Yes, we agree that in the society we are in, there is a lot of stress, too much effort with little reward.
The suffering,
illness,
tremors rob us of our peace and we don’t always know how to act.
In any case, a joyful heart is a heart healed of guilt,
it is a heart that forgives, it is a heart filled with love,
it is a heart that trusts in the goodness of God,
it is a heart attached to divine justice.
Let us always be joyful, this is the word of God.
Joy is wisdom,
it is energy,
it is glory.
Thank you Father for keeping us under your wings.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
