My Month Of Prosperity! 3Jn1:2

It’s the ministry that’s on the front page today.
It’s the church in the tabloids today.
It’s our newspaper’s news and we need to hurry up and find out what God thinks of the prosperity concerning his house.
Many of us want to see the church on the same level,
We don’t mind if we’re there,
We don’t mind if others think we’re a failure.
Sometimes we are the ones who organise criticism within our congregation,
we’re the ones who murmur when the congregation is healthy because we want to rule and reign, we’re the ones who conspire to stop others getting more involved.
We would like to tell ourselves that it is God who establishes, it is he who always keeps the church standing, it is he who opens the floodgates of heaven.
So this morning we want to encourage each other to take the time to pray for our cathedrals.
We cannot imagine the stress that a chapel can have when souls are light and wavering, we cannot believe that our leaders are sometimes discouraged by the stagnation that surrounds them,
we are far from thinking that the chapel has been dealt a hard blow by the human reasoning that affects the spiritual movement and weakens the body of Christ.
But we also want to remember that our God is faithful.
It is he who blows the winds of peace and joy,
he lifts up the poor
he calms hearts every time.
Isaiah 66:12 – For thus says the LORD: Behold, I will direct peace like a river toward her, and the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream; and you shall be suckled; you shall be carried on your arms, and caressed on your knees.
Pray for the RMI
This is the Lord’s promise.
God has promised us restoration, peace and the blessings that come with it.
On this day, the Lord offers us his peace,
he opens the gates of abundance to us, and the nations will give us their best fruit.
God wants to comfort us, he wants to pamper us,
He wants to cradle us and he recommends that we rejoice in the prosperity that he has in store for us. Many will enjoy the peace and glory that will flow from us.
Thank you Jesus for our ministries that you model and shape in your own way.
