My Month Of Divine Surprises! Es43:19

Lord, we trust you.
We know that when the time is right, you will work a miracle.
You will deliver this nation from captivity as you did Israel.
Lord, we also know that you will guard and protect us as you did your people.
You will also overthrow all the altars that control and dominate our land.
Sometimes we don’t realise that you are the solution to all our infirmities,
we will always cling to the traditions and idols that keep us blind.
It’s as if we’re chained to a system of thought, following the movement of seduction around us and becoming its slaves.
But for how long will we stagnate?
How long will we continue to let the enemy steal from us, rob us, slit our throats and destroy us?
Lord, remember our country.
We are here to implore your help.
You are not a man to lie, nor the son of man to repent.
Do to our nation as you have said,
Wipe all this disgrace from us.
Our children are given over to delinquency,
Our fathers have lost their bearings,
Our men of God have compromised themselves,
The church suffers…
The Bible lets us know that you distinguish between those who serve you and those who do not.
And this is what you proved before everyone in 1 Kings 18, Now have all Israel gathered to me at Mount Carmel, and also the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal and the four hundred prophets of Astarte who eat at Jezebels table. So Ahab sent messengers to all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together in Mount Carmel. Then Elijah came to all the people and said, "How long will you stand on one side and on the other? If the Lord is God, go after him; if Baal, go after him. The people said nothing to him. Then call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of the Lord. The god who answers by fire will be God. And all the people answered and said, It is well. When noon had passed, they prophesied until the time of the offering. But there was no voice, no answer, no sign of attention. So Elijah said to all the people, "Come near to me! All the people came to him. Elijah restored the altar of The LORD, which had been thrown down. And the fire of The LORD fell, and consumed the burnt offering, and the wood, and the stones, and the earth, and soaked up the water that was in the ditch. When all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and said, "The LORD is God! The LORD is God! Elijah said to them, "Seize the prophets of Baal; dont let any of them escape. So they took them. And Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon, and killed them there.
Pray for your nation
Psalms 77:15 – You are the God who works wonders. You have shown your power among the peoples.
God’s glory is always in action.
He wants his people to understand that he has not changed,
he is still able to deliver us if we remain connected to him.
So let us know that we are the flock of his pasture and he is the good shepherd for our country.
