My Month Of Proclamation! Deut32:3

Beloved, nothing must keep us from the glory of God.
That is why we must be careful not to let our hearts foster sin.
One thing we do very often, sometimes without realising it, is refuse to forgive, which is a strong obstacle to the presence of God.
Not forgiving others is a root of bitterness, of hatred that grows, takes up space and prevents us from fulfilling ourselves.
The parable of the servant in Matthew 18 teaches us that God has forgiven us and wants us to do the same in return.
We are so intolerant of others, always ready to judge, to condemn for a small fault.
We find it so hard to forgive, to let go, to put the blame on others.
We want others to pay, we get angry, we insult…
How many people have we separated from because of our lack of forgiveness?
It’s hard for us because we think we’re better off.
Therefore the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to make his servants give an account.
When he began to count, one was brought to him who owed ten thousand talents.
When he couldn’t pay, his master ordered him to be sold, with his wife and children and everything he had, and the debt paid.
The servant fell to the ground and bowed down before him, saying, “Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay you everything.
Moved with compassion, the servant’s master let him go and forgave him the debt.
After he had gone out, the servant met one of his companions who owed him a hundred denarii. He grabbed him and strangled him, saying, “Pay what you owe me.
His fellow servant fell to the ground and begged him, saying, “Have patience with me, and I will pay you.
But the other man would not do it, so he went and put him in prison until he had paid what he owed.
When his companions saw what had happened, they were deeply saddened, and went and told their master all that had happened.
Then his lord sent for the servant and said to him, “You wicked servant, I forgave you your debt in full because you begged me to do so.
Shouldn’t you also have had pity on your fellow servant, just as I had pity on you?
And his master was angry, and delivered him to the executioners, until he had paid all that he owed.
This is how my heavenly Father will treat you, if each of you does not forgive his brother with all his heart.
Let us know that if we do not forgive, we have decided to cut ourselves off from God’s forgiveness, mercy and compassion.
Lord, we need your grace to leave this vice that separates us from you.
Fast and pray to overcome any obstacle that keeps you from God.
Matthew, 20:31 – The crowd rebuked them to silence them, but they cried out louder, “Have mercy on us, Lord, Son of David!
We also have the crowd, the gaze of others, which makes us stagnate and prevents us from seeking and receiving God’s love.
So let us flee from everything that closes our skies and hinders our fulfilment.
Hello everyone
