My Month Of Solidarity! Phil2:4

We celebrate the resurrection, we dance for life.
It’s not the noise, he’s exploded his omnipotence, so we all have the right to get carried away and shout for joy.
We are in peace, we can now have access to the light.
It’s available to everyone.
So to underline his strength and authority even more, the Lord invites us to do everything in love.
Even if we have to make reproaches, even if we are not happy, even if things are not pleasant for us,
let’s handle them with tact and love.
Besides, no one likes to be rebuked, we always find it insulting, disturbing, yet sometimes it’s for our own good.
Jesus corrected people, but with love,
He severely rebuked the hypocrisy of the Pharisees, but with love.
Let not our pride prevent us from readjusting,
let the Lord rekindle his flame within us.
The sin of pride affects us all, and we never react positively to a rebuke.
Very quickly, we see the threats, the ultimatums, the harsh words…
We’ve failed in our role, we’ve neglected to reprimand, thinking that we have too much love, that we respect the other person, yet this attitude is exactly what lack of love is all about,
we want people to have a good opinion of us,
we want to have good, easy relationships with others.
Most of us are emotionally fragile, easily irritated, quickly hurt and offended, but we must remember that even if many people see correction as abuse, we must discipline ourselves with love and respect,
we must discipline ourselves with love and wisdom.
To rebuke is also to restore, warn and protect.
Any rebuke must be done with wisdom and love.
Matthew, 18:15 – If your brother has sinned, go and rebuke him between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have won your brother.
The Bible advises us not to spread our neighbour’s sin, and to be careful how we deal with it.
Let’s approach that person with wisdom and love, in an intimate setting, and talk to them.
They will be more receptive to rebuke,
more willing to repent.
If their heart is open, we will have achieved our objective, because they will be in harmony with everyone.
So let’s always have a soft answer on our lips, and souls will be saved.
