My Month Of Assurance! Ps55:23

We are unbelievers, the devil has cheated our intelligence so that if Jesus does not enlighten us, we would have difficulty understanding spiritual things.
It is impossible to achieve wisdom without God, it is he who gives discernment.
*Discernment* is the ability to understand and grasp what is hidden, it is to detect what is not obvious, it is to distinguish truth from error, it is to differentiate good from evil .
*To discern* is to sort out, to learn to make choices, to know how to make decisions, it is to acquire one’s freedom, it is to recognize and to move in the presence of the Holy Spirit.
In the Bible, Jesus asked his disciples: *Who do you say that I, the son of man am?*
Many people follow Jesus from afar, they perceive something of him, of his person, of his mission, they describe him from their experience and from the history of salvation.
For some, Jesus is John the Baptist or Elijah, for others it is Jeremiah or one of the prophets.
They compare Jesus to dead people who have already accomplished their mission, they are wrong, Jesus is incomparable.
Simon Peter’s answer will be surprising, he speaks in the name of the other disciples, he puts himself above the others.
Simon Peter frequents Jesus, he knows him, he listens to him, and follows him and he knows who Jesus is.
He knows the identity of Jesus, and describes him as the living one.
*You are Christ, the Son of the Living God*
Jesus recognizes the revelation, he approves.
Simon saw in the spirit, he had the discernment and it got him the introduction in a new era, a new identity, a new name, a new special mission: *you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church.*
To know who Jesus is, we have to have discernment, we have to have revelation, we have to be able to connect with things above to be able to touch the glory of God.
Proverbs, 27:12 – The prudent man sees evil and hides; The simple advance and are punished.
Pray for discernment and the ability to act accordingly.
Proverbs asks us to be careful and exercise good judgment in a world full of uncertainties and pitfalls.
The Cautious Man pays attention and knows what awaits him.
The simple are the naive, those who trust anyhow, it is those who are ignorant and lack discernment.
The simple are fools.
So the only thing we can do is beg God for discernment so that we don’t fall into the enemy’s trap.
hello to us
Have a good day
