My Month Of Prayers ! 1Pe4:7

Night is associated with darkness.
It is the domain of silence, fear, calm, peace, rest for man.
Night has a dangerous, negative connotation.
Night is also the absence of light.
God is omnipresent, he is all powerful, he acts everywhere and at all times, day and night, and nothing can limit his presence or his action.
It was in the night that the Lord spoke to Gideon and gave victory over the Midianites.
It was in the night that the Lord protected the city of Jerusalem by killing the enemies of Israel.
The Bible tells us that it was in the middle of the night, while Paul and Silas were praying and singing the praises of God in prison, the prisoners listened to them and then there was an earthquake so violent that the foundations of the prison collapsed.
All the doors immediately opened and the chains of all the prisoners were broken.
It was during the night that Daniel had the revelation of the king’s dream.
Samuel was first visited by the Lord at night.
It was at night that Jacob saw a ladder with angels going up and down.
It was always at this time that he realised that God’s presence was manifest and consecrated this place Bethel.
Night prayer is effective.
The stillness of the night is conducive to prayer, let us just listen.
Everyone does according to his or her ability, conviction and possibilities.
It is courageous to pray at night.
It is a challenge and even a sacrifice for some.
Acts, 16:25 – About midnight, Paul and Silas prayed and sang the praises of God, and the prisoners heard them.
Pray for the ability to pray late at night.
It was while people were sleeping, while everyone is supposed to be resting, while it is quiet, that Paul and Silas raised their voices to not only emphasise their identity but to shake the world of darkness, to provoke the spiritual, to invoke the presence of God.
They were not afraid, they knew that in this moment of connection, of sharing, of prayer, of communion, the Lord would intervene and he did.
So, we are all invited to create a moment, a time to open the sky and let God’s grace descend on every situation in our lives.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
