My Month Of Probity ! Ro13:13

One essential thing that we must have in life is to be role models and to have role models.
It’s impressive to have benchmarks, people who positively influence our lives, people who inspire us.
Everyone needs to imitate qualities, to imitate authentic values.
Even in church, we must have faithful who challenge us, who stimulate us, who encourage us to have a quality life.
What would Joshua do without Moses?
Joshua was a worthy servant, he was remarkable, he knew how to let himself be taught and how to build, he knew how to sit down and watch his spiritual father act.
Joshua knew how to be patient, take good advice from Moses and his father showed him the methods and strategies for conquering new lands.
Joshua believed in Moses so much that he positioned himself on the winning side when others doubted God’s promise.
Joshua was a good student, so years later he put Moses’ advice into practice.
A disciple is called to grow, to experience spiritual growth, to be strengthened by good examples which he has before him.
It’s the same thing happened with Elijah and Elisha.
Elisha followed in Elijah’s footsteps.
Elijah was his master, he wanted to be like him so much that he picked up Elijah’s mantle during his abduction to have the double anointing.
Timothy was encouraged by Paul to keep divine standards.
The word * model * means imprint, mark.
We can be models, not speak just any way, pay attention to our languages, that the words used by us are not those of the world, and we are not vulgar and rude men.
Let’s be careful when we talk to others.
Let us not think that it is complicated to make the light shine in us, let us show the joy of life that the Lord has given us.
Let’s stop following the pattern of the world and have good attitudes.
Let’s focus on the good, stop judging and criticizing.
Let us continue to surprise the world as children of God, impact the world with our spiritual life.
The Bible says that we were made in the likeness of our Lord, we are in his image, we are his imitators, he is our model.
In this, this is what the Lord tells us this morning.
Be a good model always!
Titus, 2: 7 – showing thyself in all respects a model of good works, and giving a pure and worthy teaching,
Let us walk in righteousness, let us be true and valiant soldiers who walk in integrity.
What image do we want to give to the world?
It all depends on us, friends.
In any case, we declare that we are models in Jesus.
