My Month Of Improvement ! Ho14:5

Is it normal that we find it important to please people rather than God?
Is it necessary that we are always seeking the favors of men rather than those of God?
Do we live so that in the evening of our days, the Lord will not know us?
What good is our life for us if we do not have the assurance of eternal life? What if the Lord does not welcome us into his kingdom?
The Lord wants us also to be pleasing to him and this desire, we must nourish it, do everything to satisfy our Father.
We are all responsible before the Lord, we must present the word of God without distorting it, without seeking to seduce the public, without adapting it to moods, to opinions.
We work every day to satisfy the thoughts of men rather than presenting truths from God.
To please God, it is urgent to be born again, to give our life to Jesus, to give him authority in our life so that he transforms and restores us.
Let’s stop worrying about what people think and try to get the honors, we can’t please men and God at the same time. Let us commit ourselves fully to the Lord.
A course in the Bible must attract our attention and make us understand that to please the Lord is to do his will, it is to follow his commandments, it is to obey him, it is to seek the interests of God first.
Solomon, king of Israel according to men was an accomplished man, he had the glory of the world but in his position, he understood that it was not enough for his kingship.
He made a request to the Lord who rejoiced his heart, he prayed to the Lord with a sacrifice to give him intelligence and wisdom so that he may be fully at his service.
He did not want God to maintain his wealth, he did not want to strengthen his protection but he looked to justice and the love of God.
David himself was the man after God’s heart because he knew how to humble himself before God, he knew how to return to the throne of glory, he had intimacy with the Lord, he depended on God and he was happy that his life be in the hand of God.
Anne, for a long time wanted to have a child, she no longer wanted to be the laughing stock of the neighborhood, she wanted to satisfy her need, she wanted to be celebrated by her offspring but alas!
Until the day when she looked to the interests of Lord, she saw the part of God in what she wanted, that the Lord visited her.
Pleasing the Lord always has a reward.
No one has ever really sought the face of God and he has not let himself be found.
Galatians 1:10 – And now, is it the favor of men that I desire, or that of God? Am I trying to please men? If I still pleased men, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Fast and pray to always seek to please the Lord.
What do we really want?
Pleasing men always brings confusion in our lives.
We lose our identity because we live to please men to the point where we have become slaves to them.
The thought of others and the gaze of others poison our lives.
We found ourselves in the drifts and we sank because of the approval of the men.
We are no longer free, men make us sick.
Let us place our trust in God and we will have rest and peace.
We have lost everything, we are dominated, tormented because the desire to please men has stolen everything from us and we have missed the path.
Father, we want to please you, it is for you and you alone that we were created.
