My Month Of Investment! Eccl11:1

We have closed the month of recognition but we cannot remain silent, Lord.
We closed a few hours ago the chapters we wrote yesterday.
We are done with the ghosts of the past and are ready to move on to a new story.
We want to come out of our limitations of yesterday, we want to commemorate the life that the Eternal never ceases to offer us.
Lord, your grace is enough for us.
We are moved by the fact that you continue to watch over us despite our betrayals.
Here is a new season that you are opening in front of us, here is an opportunity that you are freeing up for us to be on the move, many wanted to be privileged, many wanted to be counted among us, some hoped that their imprint would be recognized and validated unfortunately , they were splashed.
We have a heart of gratitude this morning, we prostrate at your feet to recognize your greatness and your sovereignty.
So grateful we are, so much we have seen what your hand provides that we also want to please you, Lord.
We want to promise you to follow you and to obey you.
We want to make a commitment to the service of your work.
Father, give us the capacities to follow you without distorting ourselves.
Several times, we have been sensitive to situations, we have been in contact with vulnerable people but we have refused to participate in their development.
We have looked on the needy as a pauper on whom we have no profit, we have looked on a needy as inferior and we have neglected and belittled our neighbour.
The Bible tells us well: he who waters will be watered.
It is by giving of his time, his love, his money that we will have returns, that we will be blessed.
It is by sharing with those who have none that our attic will be full.
When was the last time we contributed to God’s work or to empower others?
We are all trees, we must grow and bear fruit, others must take advantage of us.
What have we done to make others feel happy?
We have stayed too much in our comfort and the Lord wants to break this false security that we think we have and he invites us to surpass ourselves in this month.
We, as children of God must in this time make commitments, we must each make sacrifices.
We all agree that it is not easy, we all face hardships but for this time, let’s put aside our calculations, our interests to satisfy the Lord first.
We think it’s lost.
No not at all.
The Lord will reward us.
Abraham saw three men walking past his house in the sun, these people were tired from their journey, they were sitting in the shade.
The Bible tells us that the father of faith did not even know them but he invited them to stay with him, to rest, to eat and then they could continue their journey.
This hospitality multiplied and triggered the fulfillment of the promise in Abraham’s house.
*It’s our Investment Month*
Ecclesiastes, 11:1 – Cast your bread on the face of the waters, for in time you will find it;
The word throw is pejorative, the verse tells us to accept losing, to get rid of, to separate.
*Throw away your bread* give up your wages, give away what we have.
As we read the passage, we get the impression that the Lord encourages waste, as if what we have is not as useful to us.
Here is a commandment that seems strange to us, to sow our necessities, our source of income, our essentials and at some unknown day, we will find it.
According to the verse, where we throw is strange is on the waters, there we will not even see where our intake goes.
Let’s make voluntary gestures, it’s an act of love.
Let’s give, don’t accumulate, strip ourselves and above all do it for free without expecting anything in return.
It’s not about our superfluous that it’s about our strength, our pride.
This, then, is what the Father is asking for in this month and he is well aware that it is a gesture of trust, of courage, of love.
Proverbs, 31:16 – She thinks of a field, and she acquires it; From the fruit of her labor she plants a vine.
Pray to become a successful investor!
The virtuous woman is an entrepreneur, she knows how to save money, she is a good manager.
She is an exceptional woman who has plans and lets nothing distract her, she does everything possible so that the spirit of God qualifies and strengthens her.
This is the month when all hesitation comes to an end and gives way to accomplishments.
