My Month Of Peace ! Jn14:27

Beloved, the Lord does not like the way we treat him.
He loves us,
He is available for us,
He is ready to do anything to make us happy,
He defends us,
He protects us,
He never deprives us of His presence but when we need advice we run to our friends or family members,
When we want to celebrate an event, we call those we claim to have support,
When we need help, we go to our contacts,
When we want to confide in someone, we always go to people we think are safe, in agreement.
Is it normal to behave like this with a person who is faithful to us?
We have no consideration, no respect, no recognition, no love.
My brothers, there is nothing where we think we can find comfort, peace.
It is empty where we think we have achieved.
In any case, beware of the stroke because disappointment is always there when we drop our bags in the wrong places,
Betrayal is not far from our doors because we neglect what is important for what is ephemeral.
We rely on our wisdom, which at any moment can deviate, can lose its balance, can topple over and lead us away from the Lord.
We think we would be happier if things were different, but do we realise that they could be if we prayed?
We can change everything in prayer, let’s not complicate our lives by letting our wisdoms rule us.
Nahum, 1:7 – The Lord is good, a refuge in the day of trouble; he knows those who trust in him.
Trust in the Lord always.
The Lord cannot forsake us; he has done us good.
He is our hiding place; he is the safe place when we need protection,
The fact that God is our refuge allows us to trust him freely, no situation escapes our Father.
There is no need to pretend, those who go to the foot of the cross for refreshment are known.
Those who wait for the Lord are differentiated,
Those who want to espouse his will are not ignored.
So let us just know that it is God who solves our worries, it is he alone who is our high retreat.
With him we are at peace.
