My Month Of Honor! Jn12:26

Goodbye August, you’re leaving with your shortcomings,
You close in with your stress,
You retreat with your endless rain and make way for the new.
You give way to change,
for greatness,
to hope.
We thank the Lord for allowing us to remain firm and stable,
we have not stumbled in the face of temptation,
we have not crumbled in the face of storms,
we have continued to believe that tomorrow will be better.
That tomorrow is today,
This new season,
This new opportunity,
This new opportunity.
The Lord wants us to be privileged,
He wants to change our reputation,
He wants our respect to be counted.
So let’s be careful not to trample on our dignity.
the Lord covers us with praise,
he wants us to be considered in the world.
Many times, God’s children have taken second place,
Time and again, it was the people of Egypt who held positions of responsibility,
they led us,
they commanded us,
they were always the ones on the horses.
The Lord wants to change all that,
No more servitude in our midst,
No more painful situations that put us down and devalued us.
The Lord has remembered us,
he has seen our tears
he came to our rescue.
He has come with glory, he has come with apotheosis.
He has adorned us with crowns, he has restored our pride, and in this month we can sing songs of praise.
Welcome to our month of honour.
John, 12:26 – If anyone serves me, let him follow me; and where I am, there my servant will be also. If anyone serves me, the Father will honour him.
Service opens the door to glory,
When we submit to the Lord, he gives us access to greatness.
Where he was honoured, so are we.
We enjoy his benefits and his light.
His grace affects and beautifies our lives.
His anointing transforms everything and gives us a new identity.
The Lord doesn’t look at social status or degrees or even gender.
He is just and good.
He looks at the available and willing heart.
Romans, 2:11 – For before God there is no distinction of persons.
Celebrate the everlasting God (the non-discriminating God)
God does not show favouritism.
He is just looking for true worshippers to honour.
So, if we want to be honoured this month, let`s position ourselves.
