My Month Of Prosperity! 3Jn1:2

What do we have that hasn’t been given to us?
To that we say, nothing at all, Dad.
We don’t have anything we’ve earned,
we have nothing that we haven’t undertaken ourselves,
We are empty and fragile and being blessed and prosperous
puts us to sleep,
makes us proud,
makes us think we have all the power.
That’s why we want to pause this morning to express our gratitude,
that’s why we want to stop and give thanks.
So on this day, Eternal One, we want to bless every moment with you,
We want to glorify the magical moments you keep giving us.
We want to tell you that if it hadn’t been for you, we’d certainly be wanderers,
if it hadn’t been for your grace, we’d be people without vision or purpose.
LORD, thank you for redeeming us,
thank you for all you give us.
We just don’t know how to recognise that you are the God who provides.
Our hearts are heavy, ungrateful and selfish, and we are lost in indifference and individualism.
For everything,
for everything we have, we thank you Father.
Hebrews, 13:5 – Do not give yourselves over to the love of money; be content with what you have, for God himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.
Pray to appreciate and be grateful for what your have.
Be thankful for what you have, because whoever has God has more than the world contains.
This verse is a piece of advice, the person who loves money does not necessarily have to be rich, the determination to get rich is a symptom of the love of money.
These are people who seek to amass money and wealth.
People who love money sometimes obtain it in abundance,
however, they cheat,
cheat and injure even their best friends, just to get more;
In so doing, they add to their already heavy burden and attract the scorn and hatred of those they have frustrated.
Let’s not envy what we don’t have, let’s be proud of what we do have.
Let’s just be grateful to the Lord who is always at our side to support and position us.
Thank you Father for your faithfulness.
