My Month Of Accountability! Luke16:10

God does not want us to copy bad examples,
God does not want us to be unstable, fragile Christians.
He wants each of us to have a solid foundation, and he expects us to be more responsible and mature.
But that’s what God wants…
But what about us?
What do we want?
We know that God’s will does not always come first in our lives, especially when the die is cast.
In our assemblies, we welcome souls, but how many come to stay?
How many come for the word of God?
Everyone is there for their own problem, but as soon as a Christian hears that the church next door is spitting fire, he’s already there.
Everyone wants to do what they want, everyone wants to use God to get what they want.
However, most of the time, God uses a pretext to lure us into his house and because we are not wise, we leave.
Let’s listen to the Lord’s warning to us this morning.
Hebrews, 10:25 – Let us not forsake our assembly, as is the custom of some; but let us exhort one another, and all the more as you see the day approaching.
Pray to be diligent and involved in your congregation.
How careless we are in God’s house!
We all suffer from a lack of gratitude,
we expect others,
we want others to know who we are, what we are.
We want no rebuke, no reproach, no correction, otherwise we leave the church.
We feel so strongly about it that we lose sight of what’s important.
We don’t have a local church, we stay at home and listen to preaching on the internet.
It’s very fashionable now.
We don’t want to submit to authority.
Our ego sometimes speaks so loudly that we slip up easily.
But is that so important in the end?
In any case, whatever the case, the Lord tells us not to abandon our places of worship.
No reason should make us leave his presence,
nothing should make us leave the path of truth.
It’s become very common to forget or prioritise things other than our congregations, but the Lord doesn’t want us to get into bad habits,
On the contrary, he encourages us to motivate, enthuse and stimulate each other…
Together we are stronger.
So let’s show our love for Jesus more and more every day by becoming an integral part of the Church and looking forward to the day when we stand before him together!
Good day to you all
Have a good day!
