My Month Of Knowledge! Ho4:6

Another year has come to an end,
Several months have gone by and we had hopes of getting married, we had plans to fulfil…
We sometimes wonder if one day
we’ll get there,
We wonder if one day we’ll get out of this situation of distress,
We wonder if things will be different when we wake up,
We wonder if this situation of limitation will come to an end,
We sometimes wonder if this prophecy is really true,
We think that the Lord is not listening to us,
We think that our fasting, our prayers and our sacrifices are not recorded by the Lord.
So much is going in the opposite direction,
so dark and full of pitfalls is our present that we think nothing is possible tomorrow…
Gideon thought that being the smallest of the smallest tribe of the children of Israel, his obstacles prevented him from seeing the hero that lay dormant within him.
Jephthah was the son of a prostitute and because of that
his brothers disinherited him, drove him out of the family home,
he had no place to live and ended up living with nobodies for years.
He never saw that the people of his community would one day come looking for him to be their leader after all that rejection.
Beloved, we have come only to encourage ourselves with this word from the Lord this morning.
Lamentations, 3:22 – The Lord’s lovingkindnesses are not exhausted, His compassions are not at an end;

God always has beautiful stories in store for us,
Our best testimonies are coming…
There is hope, brother and sister.
A glorious future in the name of Jesus will surprise us.
It’s not late yet, God doesn’t need a year or a month to bounce us back.
Let us know that the Lord continues to do good,
His evidences have not come to an end.
His mercies towards us are always available.
Let’s not be content with just knowing God’s blessings.
Let us remember them every day, and see how they become real in us.
