My Month Of Strengthening! Ps125:1

Jotham was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem. His mothers name was Jerusha, the daughter of Zadok. He did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord, according to all that his father Uzziah had done. Only he didnt enter the temple of The LORD. But the people were still corrupt.
Jotham built the upper gate of the house of the LORD, and many buildings on the walls of the hill.
He built cities in the hill country of Judah, and castles and towers in the woods.
He made war with the king of the children of Ammon, and prevailed against them. In that year the children of Ammon gave him a hundred talents of silver, ten thousand measures of wheat, and ten thousand measures of barley; and they paid him the same in the second year and in the third.
*2 Chronicles 27:6 Jotham became mighty, because he established his ways before the Lord his God.
Fast and pray that all your ways may be established before the Lord.
Jotham took on the responsibilities of kingship at an early age.
His father had been deposed for his proud disregard of God’s law, but Jotham chose not to follow in his father Uzziah’s footsteps.
However, like his father, he was a builder, building cities in the mountains of Judah.
Let’s learn to follow good example and have a personal relationship with God.
Yes, it is important and imperative to walk in the ways of the Lord, to remain in God’s presence and follow his direction when undertaking this kind of work.
Little by little, Jotham was able to assert himself and not make the same mistakes as his father.
King Jotham grew in confidence and maintained his trust in the Lord.
We must learn to learn from the weaknesses of our elders and stand out.
His father Uzziah was proud, and Jotham chose humility to fully obey his God.
His father Uzziah was conceited to defy God’s orders concerning the sanctuary, but Jotham was wise and turned from his father’s ways, he learned from him and did not want to repeat the same mistakes.
The Lord wants to exhort us to turn away from the sins that close our skies and not to rewrite the history of others unnecessarily.
Let God guide us to strengthen our faith.
Good day to you all
Good day to you all
