My Month Of Gifts! Ps37:4

More and more, we think that children are a burden.
Many limit and even refuse to have them.
For some, they slow down their lifestyle.
For others, they are more of a stress than anything else.
But let’s just know that God doesn’t see things the same way we do.
According to Yaweh, our posterity is a blessing to be cherished.
We don’t realise the harm we are creating in our society with the low birth rate.
Also, we are breaking the divine order laid down by God that we should go, multiply and dominate.
We can conclude that we are selfish because when we look at the people of Israel in Egypt, we see that a high birth rate provided power, caused panic and kept the adversary in check.
The more numerous Israel was, the more powerful it was.
Let us stop thinking that frequent births are for the poor, on the contrary they maintain firmness and stability in families.
So the story of Hannah, Samuel’s mother, calls out to us.
Hannah was not happy despite the fact that she was the most loved and the most spoiled.
The fact that she could not bear children made her feel bitter.
The Bible tells us that this problem was a challenge in her marriage, nothing could comfort her but a son.
But when she was able to touch the heart of God, joy overflowed in her home.
This morning, against all odds, the Lord invites us to understand that giving birth is a reward.
Having a son is a plus,
it is a continuity,
it is a future.
Let us understand this well, it is a reward from God to have a child.
It is because the Lord is willing to make the seed flourish, that there is fruit.
Psalms, 127:3 – Behold, sons are an inheritance from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward.
Bless the Lord for the gift of the womb.
The verse gives us a clarification,
a clarification.
The son is the heir,
it’s the first born,
he is the blessing.
He is the one who bears the glory.
A son is the Lord’s possession.
The fruit of the womb is a gift,
It is a crown,
It is a bounty,
A distinction.
A son is a gift from God.
So let us bless the Lord for the grace that is poured out upon us.
Let us lift him up and give him the honour he deserves.
Good morning to all
Good day to you all.
