My Month Of Prosperity! 3Jn1:2

At one point, there was a drought and famine in Israel. Elimelech and his family couldn’t bear it and left to settle in the land of Moab.
Elimelech died and his two sons took wives from the Moabites.
And on the way, Mahlon and Kiljon, Elimelech’s sons, also died.
When Naomi, Elimelech’s wife, heard that the Lord had blessed her country again, she decided to return home.
Despite Naomi’s pleas to her daughters-in-law to return home, Ruth refused and stayed with her mother-in-law.
She made a covenant saying, “Where Naomi goes, she goes,
*where Naomi goes, she goes; where Naomi stays, she stays.
*Naomi’s people will be her people and her God will be her God.
They arrived in Bethlehem during harvest time.
To feed the family, Ruth went out into the fields to gather the sheaves that fell behind the reapers.
Ruth’s confession shows us that she gave her life to God,
she chose to renounce the Moabite gods in order to cling to the Lord and make him her God.
She made a vow of attachment to the name of the Lord, the God of Israel.
Her attachment to God was also emphasised later by Boaz, who recognised that Ruth had come to take shelter under the wing of the Lord, the God of Israel, renouncing the Moabite gods.
The Lord always rewards those who truly serve him.
Proverbs, 3:16 – At his right hand is long life; at his left, riches and glory.
Pray that your devotion to the Lord will be permanent.
He who is connected to God hopes in the Lord; he knows that the Lord is faithful.
We lose nothing when we sit in God’s presence; we are surrounded by nothing but blessings.
With him we have the assurance of a covenant of longevity, and prosperity is our portion.
Glory be to you, Lord.
Good morning to you all
Good day to you all
