Genesis 1:26 – Then God said, Let us make man in our image according to our likeness, and let him rule over the fishes of the sea, and the birds of the air, and the cattle, and all the earth, and on all reptiles that crawl on the earth.
Let’s no animal frightens you!
God looked around him and found that there was a lack, he had to find a solution, he needed an authority to control what already existed.
After thinking about it, God himself drew the conclusions and decided to bring something new, stronger.
And when God says, it is established.
The word “do man” leads us to ask who God was for?
To someone else or to himself?
When God decided to create man, he wanted to see himself as a man, he wanted to make us clear, thoughtful, well cut, well built people on whom he had to put his imprint, on which he breathed his spirit.
He wanted to make us beings capable of loving, creating, dominating, obeying, having relationships …
We have all kinds of animals, from the sweetest to the most ferocious, but God told us in the instructions of the day that we created with his spirit, he gave us the power to rule, to rule over animals.
We know that Jesus has all the powers and because we are like him, the power has been given us to dominate.
So he made the man in his image, like him, free and able to create our turn.
In a passage in the Bible, the Lord * has given us the power to walk on snakes and scorpions * it means that there is nothing on the earth above us.
God has given man power over everything, even over animals.
Whatever the size or violence of a beast, God is the supreme authority, so he has delegated his power to man and not to animals that he has considered to be creatures inferior to man.
Thank you Lord for all the privilege you give us
Give us oh Father to understand the grace we have.
Hello Beloved-ones
May the peace of God be with us
Have a good day
