Cameroon, our country. Whether we like it or not, our origins and history are rooted in this nation. We will change the nationality, move to another country, take the standard of living and habits of another land, it will not change much, it will not separate us from where it all began. Even if Cameroon is in anarchy, even if this land loses its identity, it is our nation. Our youth should take over and set the tone for the future of this place. But instead of disciplining herself, she went astray, no one to help her, no one to rescue her. Everyone thinks that God’s business is a distraction, that the Bible is an ordinary book with which we can play, that the word of God prevents us from enjoying our life, or that God is Sunday. The advice that the Lord gives us this morning is simple, he asks us to reframe ourselves, to select our priorities, to return to the source. We can try ourselves, we have failed, it is time to get back to basics and the main thing is to be reconciled with Jesus, it is to be on the right frequency to better capture the sound, to to better identify the different voices addressed to us. The time has come to separate ourselves from the influences of the world and let Jesus put his mark on us. Our country is going through difficult times, we think that it may be stopping with the new year, we believe that a new wind will make things more flexible. But let us know that if we do not opt for gratitude for Lord, it will always be complicated, if we are not grateful for the wonders of this territory, we will always limp. The Bible says that * be thankful in all things *, it does not say to give thanksgiving when it suits us, it says in all situations. Let’s learn to say thank you. Thank you for Cameroon Thank you for his government Thank you for its people Thank you for the fertility of his soil Thank you because our signature is Africa in miniature, Thank you for what you have allowed for this country Thank you for your love, Lord. May glory return to you. 1 Corinthians 10:24 – Let no one seek his own interest, but let everyone seek that of others. Pray for the Cameroon. We are a people with many languages, tribalism controls the place but God invites us to develop more love and attention towards others. Do not let misunderstandings separate us, let us live together. Unity is part of our country’s motto, so let’s love, support, share, communion together because unity is strength. Hello here Have a good day.
