We greet each other in the love of God,
We bless God for every life here present,
We honor the movement of the Holy Spirit in our homes,
We applaud each other’s efforts for the gospel and want to recognize the presence of the one who searches the hearts and the kidneys.
Yes, Jesus, make your entrance and tell us about our deviations.
We are called your children but what is the state of our hearts?
We act like egoists every day, our interests come first, whenever we want to do an action, we call the television, we are not real, we are not honest, our hearts are so dirty, so bitter.
We are Christians but it is we who manipulate, it is we who set traps for our brothers, it is we who present ourselves in a seductive light, we are disguised, we smile but our hearts are full of bitterness.
Every day, in our services, we tell the Lord to use us, to look at our hearts, we say that God knows our hearts but do we have the certainty that we are walking according to the will of God? that we obey him? that if the Lord came today, we will go to heaven with him?
What is the state of our hearts?
It is not because we say Lord, Lord, that we will go to heaven.
We have a man in the bible, his name was Nabal, with all his wealth, he was a fool, he did not know how to honor God, he only thought of himself, as long as he was comfortable and ‘he had everything he wanted, the others didn’t exist.
He had no sense of sharing, and we all saw what got him his bad heart.
Let us be careful, to be a Christian is to know how to commune and to love one’s brother.
Ananias and Sapphira made the commitment themselves to sell their fields and to deposit all the money on the altar of God, they did not measure the scope of their word.
They got up in full worship to speak to be seen, to show others that the ministry is moving forward thanks to them, they wanted to be appreciated by men yet their hearts were not upright, they were not willing to do such a gesture.
When the Lord tells us to keep our hearts more than anything, it is to warn us of poisons that can poison us.
We are in the church but we never take the time to pray for our brothers, or for our pastors, or even for the ministry, everything for us revolves around us.
The bible says to love each other, without love we cannot have a grateful heart, we cannot offer anything to our neighbor.
Dorcas came back to life because she had a good heart, she knew how to help the needy.
Hezekiah cried out to God, reminding him of his love for his Work, God healed him of this disease which was to take his life.
Having a good heart always pays off.
It is our heart that God looks first.
David, in the eyes of men was only a shepherd, the last born of a large family, he was younger.
He was even forgotten from his home, neither his father nor the prophet Samuel could imagine that he was God’s choice and that his heart was pleasing to God.
David’s heart was ready, he knew how to worship the Lord, he knew how to commune with the father, he knew how to be grateful for the blessings of the Lord, he was not ungrateful.
God does not care about our diplomas, our talents, our abilities, our physique, our charisms, our appearances, he looks at our hearts, at the source of our desires and our motivations.
To have a good heart is to have an obedient heart, a heart of intercessor who walks to pray for others.
We want to be pleasing to God,
Purify our hearts,
Let’s seek the kingdom.
Lord, give us to give ourselves for others.
Give us to be nice to you.
It is our reward according to our actions and it is what it says in 1 Corinthians, 9:17 – If I do it willingly, I have the reward; but if I do it in spite of myself, it is a task entrusted to me.
Fast and pray to always commit yourself with to good heart.
Hello to us
Have a good day
