My Month Of Benevolence ! Jn15 :12

The Bible teaches us how to do good, Jesus shows us it by his words, his actions.
Because Jesus has done us good, we must be ready to do it too.
We must do good to our neighbor who is placed in our path, we must worry about the common good of society.
Are we willing to do good?
Let us reassure that our actions help him to have more sharing, more solidarity, more respect and above all so that the conditions of others are improved.
The fruit of the spirit is love.
And this fruit of the spirit disposes our hearts to do good, even more to do good to others.
Doing good makes us generous, concerned about the happiness of others, makes us useful to others, helpful and available to them.
In Philemon, 1:14 – However, I did not want to do anything without your advice, so that your benefit may not be forced, but voluntary.
Always be prepared to do good.
Paul sends a letter to Philemon about his slave Onesimus who had harmed his master before fleeing.
Onesimus came into contact with Paul in prison and he was converted.
Onesimus became a faithful servant to the point where Paul made a letter of explanation and intercession to Philemon.
The Onesimus who was unconverted and who had sinned became a child of God.
Paul intervenes on behalf of Onesimus and begs Philemon to take him as a beloved, not as a slave, he implores him to treat him with love.
Let’s be like Paul who reached out to a person who had more guidance and with God’s help he was restored.
Let us make ourselves available for others, let us be benevolent.
And the Lord will guide us.
