My Month Of Benevolence ! Jn15:12

Doing a good deed is not innate, it is God through his love who teaches us to do what is right.
When we do a good work, the spirit of God bears witness and this is what today’s passage tells us in Philippians, 1: 8 – For God is my witness that I cherish you all with the tenderness of Jesus Christ.
God keeps a record of every good act.
Paul speaks of the love he has for his brothers in the Lord.
The Lord loves us, it is normal that we feel the same affection for the children of God.
Let us be attentive to the voice of the Lord if we are to be loving and generous.
We are cold, we have indifference, our hearts are closed.
Paul encourages us to keep our eyes on Jesus and trust God to complete the work he started with the Philippians.
Paul declares that he cherishes the church and calls God to witness the intensity of his love for those in it, and this influenced the way the Philippians viewed the instructions.
To love God is to love others.
The love of God shows us the right way and channels us.
It is God who holds the prize list for love.
