My Month Of Improvement! Ho14:5

Obedience is not a subject that fascinates us.
God gave us recommendations because he loves us.
We need to understand that obedience to God changes us and makes us better.
We claim that we are Christians, but are we obeying the Father’s instructions?
At every moment, our thoughts, our heart motives, our inner lives are tainted because the seduction of Egypt for ever attracts.
Obedience determines the quality of our life.
To obey is to submit to someone, to conform, to renounce oneself in order to let Christ act in us.
Our flesh doesn’t like to be moved, we don’t like to comply with orders, we hate going out of our comfort zones and that’s why there are always rivalries between the flesh and the spirit.
Understand that we cannot enter into our blessing if we do not perform divine ordinances.
Abraham did not know where he was going and what the Lord wanted to do with him when he left his father’s house for Canaan.
He submitted to the voice of the Lord and left the family cocoon to enter into his destiny.
Afterwards the Lord asked him for his son in sacrifice and his obedience earned him to be the father of faith.
Jonah wanted to flee his call, he didn’t want to deliver the Lord’s message to Nineveh but when he decided to repent and obey the Lord, he saved an entire city.
Obedience is also sacrifice.
A quality Christian life is not only prayers and daily fasts, it is also the putting into practice of the word of God.
When we decide to obey God, his authority, we decide to trust him, we want to please him.
Obedience is part of our daily life, it intervenes at all times.
We cannot obey the Lord if we do not know his will.
And the will of God is contained in his word.
In Deuteronomy 11: 1 – Love the LORD your God, and always keep his precepts, and his laws, and his ordinances, and his commandments.
Fast and pray to become an obedient christian.
When we love someone, we make all the sacrifices so that that person is happy and satisfied, the other in front gives it back.
There is much blessing for those who honor God.
Our churches are full of rebels and we are amazed that people stagnate, are frustrated yet they do not honor the elders.
Loving God is not a state of mind, it is obeying him.
It is best to do God’s will even if we do not feel the urge to do so.
Obedience and love go together.
And these are worshipers that the Lord is looking for.
So let’s be obedient and the Lord will bless us.
