To be pleasing to God is to have experiences with God, to see God’s promises fulfilled in our favour.
To be pleasing to God is to have faith.
Have we ever thought about what is pleasing to God?
God wants us to believe in his goodness, he wants us to know that he rewards those who seek him.
Paul in the book of Colossians invites us to become all that the Lord desires us to be, we must live in a way that meets the purpose for which we were called.
Our desire must please God by our conduct.
Colossians, 1:10 – to walk worthily of the Lord and be fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in all good works and growing in the knowledge of God,
Pray to become pleasing to the Lord.
To walk worthily and clearly to God is to need the word of God, we must be able to God in our words and deeds, we must become like his son Jesus Christ.
Our goal in seeking knowledge of God’s will is to walk worthily of the Lord and for His pleasure.
Do we want to please the Lord?
In any case, let us fight to obey and submit to the authority of our father.
