We must live with care in our lives, each has a call and we must not disperse.
David was a child rejected by his own, he had his hand stained with blood, he was an adulterer, he was an irresponsible father but he was also the man after God’s heart, he knew how to show the Lord that he was incapable, without strength, without existence without him, he knew how to humble himself and make himself very small.
Despite his weakness, David had always reassured himself that he had God on his side.
Next to him we have Saul who could not obey God’s instructions, who had come out in the middle of nowhere to be king of Israel and was puffed up, he assumed that being an authority of a country put him above God.
Who do we trust when we can’t sleep?
To whom do we run when we are afflicted?
Who is ready to help us when we are overwhelmed?
Let’s just know one thing, we can’t build on sand, we must each be sure to hold the hand of the Lord and let him educate us, mold us, lead us.
Romans 8:31 – What then shall we say concerning these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Make sure you always have the Lord on your side.
This is a question that gets us thinking.
We will have to come back to the truth of the gospel.
Paul wanted to correct the distorted words of the Roman Christians and reassure them.
We are in Jesus Christ, there is nothing to fear, God is with us in all circumstances.
No one can reach us if we are covered by the hand of God.
The Lord gives us this word, it must resound with force, with conviction.
Let us be reassured, the work of the spirit in us must lead us to an assurance that cannot separate us from the love of Jesus.
hello to us
Have a good day
