My Month Of Gratitude! 1Thes5:18

We think that what we have is the fruit of our hard work, we think that we are strong and that everything we own comes from our efforts and sacrifices.
We glory in what we have. The Lord wants us to know that we need to learn humility, we need to stand back and have some restraint about all the good we can produce.
We are simply stewards that God has put in place to manage all that he has borrowed from us, custodians that God employs to look after his possessions.
So let’s not feel superior to others because we have food or clothing,
let’s not make fun of others because we do better than they do.
We are therefore called to pray for the weakest and for those in need.
If we proclaim that we need nothing,
We must also realise that it is God who gives us so much, including the ability to work and earn a living.
Many are in hell because they have given more importance to possessions than to the giver of those possessions.
Some no longer go to church because they have a contract to sign on Sundays with their clients,
Some decide to work on Sundays to earn more money and those who attend the meetings want the pastors to worship them because of their wealth.
1 Corinthians, 4:7 – For what makes you different? What have you that you have not received? And if you have received it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?
Glorify the Lord for whom you are.
Let us not compromise ourselves,
let us not be filled with pride.
Nothing we have is for ourselves,
let’s not boast about it.
Let us just learn to be grateful to the Lord who never ceases to bless the works of our hands,
Let’s give thanks to the Lord for the provision because if the Lord doesn’t help us, we won’t be able to achieve anything.
So let us bless the Lord who does us good and who makes us prosper in the face of our enemies.
Good day to you all
Good day to you all
