My Month Of Consecration! Ps119:10

The Bible tells us to ask and it will be given to us, to seek and we will find.
Let’s not stay in our corners
in our comfort zones, waiting for the blessing to come to us.
Gone are the days when we crossed our arms and waited for God’s promises to be fulfilled without moving.
We never stop complaining, but we really want to know if we have really sought God’s face in this situation that is killing us?
How many times have we said to ourselves that we know the Lord and we have stayed put.
The Lord is not our classmate,
nor is he our handyman.
We don’t give him orders,
no commands,
he does what he wants when he wants and that’s that.
So what we’ve come to say this morning is, let’s continue to seek God’s face in prayer, serving him diligently and with thanksgiving.
He cannot refuse us his love and friendship, so let us not stop seeking him until we have found him as saviour, as friend, as father and as God.
As long as we are obedient to the Lord, he will go before us,
As long as we put God first, he will stretch out his hand of protection over us.
As long as we have the firm assurance that we can rely on God’s faithfulness, he will provide for us.
Let us not be an unbelieving people who are able to make an idol for themselves whenever things go wrong,
Let us not be a stiff-necked people who murmur against their God instead of communicating.
Let us not be like those who build high places for their security, wanting to be with God when it is not convenient for them.
Let us know that if we destroy everything that prevents the glory of God from shining, his presence will be manifest.
If we destroy the altars that speak against us, the voice of the Lord will be heard.
The Lord wants children who are positioned,
who know their identity even when the shocks are strong,
he is looking for people who have their eyes fixed on him.
And what he promised Ezekiel will happen.
Ezekiel, 39:29 – And I will no longer hide my face from them, for I will pour out my spirit on the house of Israel, says the Lord The LORD.
Exalt the Lord, who allows himself to be found by you.
The Lord no longer hides his face from us because we have given him all the room, we have opened our hearts to him,
we have repented and his fullness has been poured out on us.
God’s spirit is wherever we invite it.
His glory can be seen when our hearts are turned towards the word of God.
In this month of consecration, let us seek God’s face and he will give us directions for the rest of the year.
Good day to you all
Good day to you all
