My Month Of Prosperity! 3Jn1:2

We cannot talk about obedience to God without underlining Abraham’s submission.
He is a gentleman who overwhelms us every time we read his story.
Sitting quietly at home,
planning his life with his wife,
going about his business, he was at ease in his environment until God intervened.
But Abraham, your father is an idolater,
which means that everything around you carries an occult spirit.
So how did you know that it was God speaking to you when you received the order to leave your father’s house, your country, your homeland?
How did you manage to trust a voice you heard?
How did you manage to have the courage to leave everything behind for the unknown?
How were you convinced of the faithfulness of the one who spoke to you?
Wow…
The Bible says that Abraham put all his trust in God and went to persuade his wife to accompany him on this adventure.
Abraham, where are you going? We can hear him saying that he doesn’t know.
Abraham, what are your ambitions, the same answer.
Abraham, if failure and shame catch up with you, what are you going to do?
Do you know what is happening elsewhere than in your homeland?
Abraham, aren’t you afraid of the risks?
The Bible tells us that Abraham just obeyed, he got up with his house and went for it.
Obedience is the will of the one who commands,
To obey in faith is to submit freely to the word we hear.
Obedience means putting into practice what the Lord proposes in relation to our lives.
Let’s go back to Abraham. God not only dislodged him, but also separated him from his history and his pride.
One day, God asks him for another sacrifice.
And this time it’s his only son that the Lord wants to take.
Abraham had waited a long time for the promise of this gift, which he had in fact received in his old age, and he had hardly begun to appreciate it, to become attached to it, to cherish it.
He already has to lose it again.
Abraham again, and always Abraham, got up and went with Isaac to obey the order he had received.
Abraham did not have the courage to tell Sarah, his wife, what the Lord had asked, but he was aware of God’s love.
For him, if it’s God’s will, it’s a command.
If the instruction comes from the Lord, there’s nothing to think about.
If the word has come, you have to do it despite the pain, despite the disappointment, despite the bitterness in your heart.
And here again, the Lord tested the obedience of his servant and honoured him in turn.
Obedience to the Lord is the key that opens the gates of glory.
If we want to fulfil our destiny, there is only one thing to do: obey the Lord’s will.
Obedience is not only when it suits us, it’s also when it’s crazy, incomprehensible, illogical… But if the mouth of the Lord has spoken, it’s enough to run with his thoughts.
Isaiah 1:19 – If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best of the land;
Pray to remain obedient to the Lord.
To live a good life and eat of the best fruits of the land, we must obey the Lord with a good heart.
It’s one thing to serve God, but it’s even better to open our hearts and contemplate the Lord’s benevolence.
Let our obedience open the doors to prosperity.
So, Lord, search our hearts and let us experience your grace.
Greetings friends
Good day to you
