My Month Of Laughter! Es8:16

God promises to put an end to everything that makes many people lose hope.
Even if the future seems uncertain and unpredictable, God is faithful and he will fulfil his promises.
Our instruction this morning is to take time to pray for our men of God,
they need it right now.
They are at a time in their lives when they may be wondering about stubborn situations in their lives.
They wonder how long they will remain in this limitation.
The Bible asks us not to worry but to make our supplications known to the Lord.
And we wonder whether the priest Zechariah had not served God properly.
The Bible tells us that Zechariah and Elizabeth were righteous before God and kept all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord.
They had no children because Elizabeth was barren and they were advanced in years.
Here was a pastoral couple with a stigma attached to their life and ministry.
Imagine all the murmuring about them.
Imagine them praying for people and they receive their blessing but they themselves are not visited.
Imagine how others could remind them of their condition whenever there was disagreement.
But beloved, there is a time to weep and a time to laugh.
And when the Lord remembered his anointed ones.
While Zechariah was carrying out his duties,
an angel told him that his prayer had been answered and his wife Elizabeth would bear him a son.
He will be a cause of joy and gladness for him, and many will rejoice at his birth.
God can turn all our moments of pain into shouts of joy.
What was shameful yesterday has become a testimony.
So we invite you to pray for our heroes.
They sometimes go through complicated situations, but because they are role models,
they must always appear strong so that others can be encouraged.
Romans, 15:13 – May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Spirit!
Pray for your pastors.
God wants to fill his leaders with joy and peace.
God is the source of hope.
When we are faced with moments of uncertainty, we must continue to depend on the power of the Holy Spirit, because without him we can do nothing.
Even when we are worried, let us keep our souls at peace.
In the midst of this world where my peace is a rare commodity, let us serve Jesus,
he alone gives the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Good day to you all
Good day to you
