My Month Of Solidarity! Phil2:4

We cannot be from a country or live there but we never intercede for that nation.
Do we think that living there or having property there is enough?
We need to get involved,
we need to participate in the development of the area,
We need to contribute our time, our talents, our experience so that the country can be built on the word of God.
In Jeremiah 29: Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, to all the captives whom I have carried away from Jerusalem to Babylon:
Build houses, and dwell in them; plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
Take wives, and beget sons and daughters; take wives for your sons, and give husbands to your daughters, that they may bear sons and daughters; multiply where you are, and dont diminish. Seek the good of the city to which I led you captive, and pray to the Lord for it, because your happiness depends on his. The Lord invites the people of Israel not to go round in circles, not to stay in their corner, but to think about building and undertaking. The Lord recommends that they behave as if Israel were in their own land. Just because we are abroad does not mean that we are not going to do what is right for this nation to bear fruit. Let us be aware that it is our duty and responsibility to contribute to the prosperity and peace of the country in which we live. We must pray constantly for our country to flourish. If we want ease, if we aspire to tranquillity we must foster unity and love. It is with ambition that we can raise our children in the fear of the Lord and spread the gospel. Pray for your nation 2 Corinthians, 1:3 - Blessed be God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, 2 Corinthians, 1:4 - who comforts us in all our afflictions, so that through Gods comforting us we may comfort those who are in any affliction.
God is a God of consolation.
This strength comes from him alone.
When God comforts and encourages us, he wants us to do the same for others.
God always supports those in need.
So let’s reach out and join the team standing in the gap for our nation.
