My Month Of Divine Surprises! Es43:19

When we listen to the history of the people of Israel,
we are amazed at how strange these people were,
We sometimes wonder how people could be so ungrateful and insensitive.
We say to ourselves that we could have done better, and that’s what our mirror makes us believe, yet we are in no way different.
We only have to look around us to understand how fragile we are.
Even the church has compromised itself,
We are no longer embarrassed to hold up our idols.
We are in the debates that help to turn workers away from their possessions.
The world is turned upside down, principalities and rulers are tightening their cords,
the people have not failed to bow down to foreign gods.
They have gone to the high places,
they worshipped divinations…
The first son of the Lord joined forces with darkness.
In the midst of this disorder, the Lord raised up the prophet Elijah to close the nation’s skies.
The man of God declared a drought of three and a half years to demonstrate the almighty power of the Lord and to bring the people back.
The people repented, returned to the Lord and behold, the Lord was glorified.
Fast and pray for the sound of breakthrough to resound in your life.
1 Kings, 18:41 – And Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up and eat and drink, for there is a sound of rain.
Rain is an image of blessing, abundance and prosperity.
When the Lord is about to do something,
he uses a man, he gives his instruction, his word.
When the Lord wants to bring about greatness in a season
he decorates it with pleasant surprises.
So, if we want to receive our share, let’s stay in prayer and leave distraction behind.
In this verse, we notice the beginning, the first word.
And is a coordinating conjunction between what has happened and what is about to happen.
The prophets of Baal are dead and the people have acclaimed the lordship of their God and now want to follow him again.
The noise is the loud voice rumbling in the heavens,
it is a divine intervention by the Lord in all its dimensions.
When Elijah announced this to Ahab.
The sky was blue, nothing foreshadowed such a restoration, but with the ears of the spirit, the prophet could hear the echo of glory.
Beloved, to live certain evidences, we need to be in communion with God, we need to do God’s will and cling to him.
Let us have the spiritual sensitivity and discernment to understand and know the divine activities.
Many things have been announced, promised and revealed to us, but they have never happened because we have not persevered,
we did not insist on praying,
we didn’t wait for fulfilment.
So let us know that the season is favourable, and let us be ready to receive what the Lord wants to give us.
