My Month Of Gratitude! 1Thes5:18

Really, life is getting harder and harder.
Making ends meet has become stressful.
The coming new year will also be tense, but we should also be aware that our worries don’t change the situation,
Worrying doesn’t make it any better.
Many of us live with constant worry, despite the encouragement we receive,
we can’t do without them.
We put our worries between God and ourselves,
they rob us of our peace, they rob us of our stability,
They keep our faith weak.
Through our worries, the enemy has succeeded in preventing us from enjoying what we have in Christ.
Living in worry makes us people who lack faith.
The Bible tells us that a woman had little oil and little flour.
The famine was increasing and after her last meal, she planned death for herself and her son.
No doubt she had already thought about what to do. No doubt she had reached the end of her calculations.
Surely, she had murmured, she had complained.
She was obsessed with her problem.
She told herself it was the end.
But one thing makes us think that this woman was serving the Lord, in her trial she had entrusted herself to the Lord.
And just when she thought it was all over for her, Yaweh sent the prophet to her house to come and establish the grace of multiplication.
So, like this woman, let’s entrust ourselves to God, who knows all our needs,
He’s the one who’ll give us everything we need. We must continually place our trust in God.
Let us remain in communion with God, and he will give us the keys to overcome all kinds of tribulations.
Let’s learn not to rely on our own strength, but rather to draw our energy from Jesus, who overcame all forms of adversity.
Let us seek peace and rest in him.
Philippians, 4:6 – Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything let your needs be made known to God by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving.
Pray that worries will give way to gratitude in your life.
This isn’t a suggestion, it’s a prescription.
There’s no need to be sad about situations,
let’s take them to the foot of the cross,
that’s where the solutions are found, that’s where the blessings locate us.
And let’s not forget, in our communications and in our requests, to give thanks to the Father who never ceases to shower us with his love and his presence.
Good day to you all
